iEPMS

requirements for automation, intelligence and agility of communication project delivery, ZTE developed the iEPMS (Intelligent Engineering Project Management System) earlier in the industry. The system makes service flows, item flows, and financial flows more smooth, and enables project management to be timely, coordinated, efficient, and intelligent anytime and anywhere. At present, the ZTE iEPMS system has been widely used in more than 40,000 projects around the world.

Scenario

Progress Management

IEPMS has established a three-layer engineering project plan system, which can automatically generate a site plan with one click. The global project can feed back the progress data up to 5 million times every month in real time, with the support of report promotion and difference analysis, making the project process more transparent and easier to manage.

Document Management

ZTE, the customer and the partner implement cross-company collaborative management of up to 300 million project documents each month through the iEPMS document function.

Quality Management

In the global projects, iEPMS App is used to collect over 260 million photos every month and generate quality self-check report automatically. The quality AI automatic review capability and the quality remote delivery center support greatly improve the efficiency of on-site quality check.

Technical Management

The iEPMS interconnects with the ZTE UniDepoly intelligent site commissioning tool to record the site commissioning script in real time, connect the mobile phone to the BTS equipment for real-time commissioning, and output the commissioning document to complete the site commissioning data analysis. Through visual real-time data interaction, the site commissioning efficiency is improved.
